Ray Spiteri

Mr. Spiteri, Vice President of Leasing, has over 17 years of experience formulating and successfully executing leasing strategies for a wide range of retail properties across Canada, specifically with respect to enclosed shopping malls and power centres and also with respect to strip centres and stand alone buildings. He has developed a particular expertise in improving the income and stability of shopping centres through remerchandising and redevelopment. Prior to joining Bayfield Realty Advisors, Mr. Spiteri held retail leasing positions with Pioneer Property Group (now Bentall Retail Services), The Second Cup, O&Y Enterprise, Cadillac Fairview, and most recently with Counsel Corporation as Vice President, Real Estate Leasing. Mr. Spiteri brings a complete perspective of the shopping centre industry to the organization, having worked on behalf of both landlords and tenants. Mr. Spiteri holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts, Applied Geography from Ryerson University.
